Once in a while I’ll get a request for a custom order. This time, it was pillows for a little boy’s coastal themed room.
I drew inspiration from these adorable driftwood sailboats via the beautiful White Flower Farmhouse shop:

And I was able to put my new transfer method skills to work on the preserver pillow. What fun!
If only I had known beforehand that it is impossible to invert a donut shaped pillow. *sigh* Sometimes I learn the hard way. Thank goodness for seam rippers.
